BuildTrack is used for construction workforce attendance and project monitoring. The app helps workers submit check-in and check-out records, and helps authorized admins or project managers review attendance activity for assigned projects.

BuildTrack may collect a user's name, phone number, email address for admin users where applicable, attendance check-in and check-out data, GPS location, attendance photo, device information, and timestamp.

The exact data collected may depend on the user's role, company configuration, and attendance workflow.

We collect this data for worker authentication, attendance validation, project monitoring, fraud prevention, attendance history, and reporting.

Attendance photos and location records help authorized admins confirm that attendance submissions are connected to the correct worker, time, and project location.

BuildTrack uses the device camera only to capture attendance photos during check-in or check-out. The camera is not used for any unrelated purpose.

BuildTrack uses location only during attendance check-in and check-out. GPS may use real-time location or a last known location fallback when a real-time location is not immediately available.

Location data is used to validate attendance against project or site requirements.

Attendance data is accessible only to authorized admins, project managers, or company users who need access for project and attendance management.

BuildTrack does not sell personal data to third parties.

Attendance data is stored securely in the backend database. Attendance photos are stored in secure cloud storage.

Data is retained according to the company's operational, legal, and attendance reporting requirements.

BuildTrack uses HTTPS API communication, authentication tokens, and role-based access controls to help protect user data.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect attendance and account information.

Users may request correction or deletion of their personal data through their company admin or by contacting BuildTrack support. Some attendance records may need to be retained where required for business, legal, or reporting purposes.
